Symptoms
When you attempt to run Bartender's Companion, the following error occurs on some PCs:
ODBC Microsoft Access 97 Driver login failed. Unrecognized database format.
Cause
This error is caused by missing operating system components on your PC. These components are required to connect to ODBC databases.
Resolution
1.
Download and install Microsoft Data Access Components v2.5 SP3 from Microsoft.
2.
Run Bartender's Companion.
