Mint Julep
 
4 Tbs   sugar syrup  
1 oz   bourbon  
4   fresh mint leaves  
 
 
1 In a chilled glass (traditionally a sliver tumbler), place syrup and mint.
2 Muddle the mint with a mortar until it becomes a paste, then add bourbon.
3 Fill glass with crushed ice.
4 Decorate with a fresh sprig of mint.
5 One to a customer will do the trick.
