2 oz   light rum  
1/4 oz   Triple Sec  
1/2 oz   lime juice  
1/2 tsp   superfine sugar  
1/2   egg white  
 
 
1 Using a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients.
2 Shake well.
3 Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4 Tear mint leaves and add to drink.
