Mint Julep
 
3 oz   bourbon  
4   fresh mint leaves  
1 tsp   superfine sugar  
  fresh mint sprig  
 
 
1 Using the back of a spoon, smash mint leaves on the bottom of an old-fashioned glass.
2 Add bourbon and ice.
3 Stir well.
4 Garnish with mint sprig.
